Selling for IRL Cash allowed?

Couple of us wanna sell up before its too late... Is this allowed?

I am willing to add the stipulation that if the server goes down within 30days I will refund 50% cash.

Just dont want other parties chara blocked, paypal reversed etc etc you know the deal...

Can we do it?

No point because i'd hope no one is stupid enough to buy a char for RL money on a server everybody knows is going down rapidly.

It has been brought to our attention that an ever growing amount of the community are trading virtual items and/or characters for real currency.

This is something that we can not stop, however, it is something that we advise against and will take no responsibility for lost items and/or characters in any scenario.

We will not get involved with any of the trades and something to bare in mind if you are purchasing characters is that we do retrieve passwords for people who can provide the correct account details in terms of questions, answers and dob.
