to start a team of "experts" you need to have alot of experience aswell, and you have 1 month? if i was to join a team it would have to be someone well known, then id know it wouldnt be just me doing all the work.

YKW = Coding programming person, just cos u can code and program, it doesnt make you a mir expert, (ive got nothing against him by the way) im jsut stating that no1 is a full mir expert, everyone either is very good at something, or just good at everything.

GameHeavenX: If you cant even find the files yourself in this entire forum, with them stickied at the top of the forum labelled 1.9 server help where this thread is now, save yourself a lot of time and effort by giving up right now.

+ from the sounds of your plan, u just want to sit back and direct people to do things, which is actually harder than making your own server ebcuase you have to know what you want done, how you want them to do it, and you have to keep track of their work.
