lo why does a 1.9 server do this

every time u make a Mongen text and and put server up why dont that simple mob spawn
i keep trying to get this but all Mongen texts will not let the mobs spawn any 1 have an ider on whats going on plz

I think you need to add the spawn file to the mongen.txt or something, i think there was this text file where you had to enable spawns on maps.

to get mobs to spawn in maps make new text called sumting like

towns/Bichon[0].txt

then go to envir mongen.txt and put in sumting like ;loadgen mongen/towns/bichon[0].txt then it should work :P
