i dunno if its due too me being an noob or what but i have 10-40 mc level 3 static shot and it does nb damage when it wanna work as in .... it does 90-70 good damage but then drops too like 20 - 15 - 10 the damage seems all over same with doubleshot tbh lol dunno if skills work with base or just pure lol but needs looking into

also with straight shot it seems too do more top end damage then Torpedo and Torpedo is an level 25 skill and straight is an lower level skill lol all skills are level 3 that ive mentioned in this post btw and ive tested it in WT...Psc....Pt....St...Howling same results tbh anyways just could be me being an noob but something too be looked into plz thanks haha

Same as most spells itll hit majority low end due to no luck tdb is same i average 20-30 tdbs n get the odd good ons

Damage seems fine to me it's the awful bounce radius that needs adjusting. It's too low, needs to be 2 spaces not 1.
