Strange Colour and missing box

Anyone got any ideas how to fix this?

Im guessing you are using the wrong data for the wrong client and visa versa.

NEW problem, just get a black screen once ive pressed start on the char select screen. i read the guide to stop this and no luck any ideas will be appricated
