I'd suggest add a new pet for something like level 45 - 50 that has a small AOE like mir 3 whiteboar but tbh it isn't really needed.

Get some friends and make a guild or something. I agree leveling sucks for tao's without PoisonCloud level 3 / luck 7 but mir has never been about soloing for taos. Usually you make a tao to support a friend.
