I think somebody already wrote about this saying could you make something in F12 options to stop certain things so when there in big fights a lot is going on.

Simple fix for this, on Ruby files i think it was or maybe ones before in F12 you could disable all magic attacks, As i have onboard graphics on my laptop i get this same problem i can handle everything the maps just when im in mass fight and loads of people are casting spells.

Thanks :)

The option isn't there as it doesn't cause any more of a hit to fps than anything else on your screen (a single player on your screen would in fact potentially cause up to 4x more hit to your fps than that of a skill)... It was originally put it for other versions of mir because it wouldn't matter the spec of your pc you would still experience some sort of graphical lag in certain areas whilst using certain skills...

This all goes back to if 99% of people can run the client fine with absolutely no issues, then there is a problem with the 1% of peoples environment... And I doubt very much it is a hardware issue... So far most of the issues have been down to silly reasons, like not having up to date graphics drivers etc, which you would need to play any modern game.

fix your environment. ;p

Sounds like ACPI XP. Try with W7.

yeah, I think it would be slightly unfair to allow people to turn off all the effects. I would say leave it the way it is. If your computer cant handle it, upgrade it. Any laptop from the past 6 years with a dedicated graphics chip can handle this game perfectly. I just bought a Dell M1330 laptop, which was new in 2007, for £150 and it runs this game flawlessly.

Why would it be unfair, if 1 person is allowed to do it, then all should be, but that doesnt mean you have to do it.

No doubt there Will be gfx cards out thete (even New ones) that Will experience compatibility issues.
I get fps drop when Lionroar is used.

I'm running an i5 3570k with Sli'd 660tis.

You guess not know. There is no definite answer. As TD said this server isn't greatly optimized. There are some awesome PCs out there struggling to play this server.

Don't just buy a laptop for this server ( no. No because that's sad ) because it may be a waste of money and there are no sources saying what can and what can't run this server.

System requirements for this game are nothing like the pentium I, 25MB RAM an 56k modem that Euro was.
