To Jamie, Request for Lotus damage formula

Hi, Jamie,
In old GSP, I've tested the damage of lotus via luck 9 set. It was about 9% addition from mana (with same dc, 100 additional mana lead to 9 additional damage).
In zircon, it seems mana has been offered more percentage to increase damage. Since war class got the Bladestorm formula (DC*340%), would you please offer a formula for sin's lotus?
So that we can know whether chasing mana or DC is a better choice.

So what I was told is.

100mana is equivalent to 16-16 dc. Hopefully someone knows more :P

If you want your bloom lotus and briar to do damage stack mana.

if you want your flame splash ignite spell puppet etc to do damage stack DC

There was a table of skill values posted on discord for warriors and sins but it was quickly removed and tweaks were made..

It would be nice to have that table re-posted :)

Dc is not much of a difference it’s just mana Damage vs mobs is static. When people start getting luck it will all change

Ahh that 'get luck' reasoning for all class mechanics again, when 80% of the server will never get a substantial luck value and not for another few months ;)

Luck = 1/(10 - x)

  • Level 3: 11% of Mana
  • With Full Bloom: 33% of Mana


Red Lotus
  • Level 3: 12% of Mana
  • With White Lotus: 36% of Mana


Sweet Brier
  • Level 3: 14% of Mana
  • With Red Lotus: 42% of Mana

17% + 33% + 36% + 42% = 128% of Mana over the full combo.

Lotus - Attack - Lotus - Attack - Lotus... Etc.

4 Lotus 4 Normal attacks = 8 Attacks with 128% Mana = 16% Mana per hit (16 Damage).

Total Damage = (DC - Target's AC) + (Lotus - Target's MR)
