When tao cast UltimaEnhancer to someone else it's supposed to give tao and other player dc, atm giving just to other player without giving the tao [ that also help alot to let tao know when UltimaEnhancer its gone to buff his team again]
Also when a tao UltimaEnhancer to someone and the buff start blinking telling u its gonna end in 5seconds...well if tao try to cast UltimaEnhancer again on you it wont work till the previous UltimaEnhancer totally ended [ it's supposed to can rebuff anytime]
