Can we have the maze again?
I liked the maze from Sv to Vipers and the weird route to the skull pile through SV mines. Could go levelling in that maze plus selling the Scroll of Seal was a sideline gold maker.

Hope there's a maze like that somewhere in game though. The confusion, the traps, the shortcuts, bewildered many for months, until some care bear wimp posted maps on the forum.

I must agree. Yimoogi Maze was pretty much the only challenging part of a run to a boss, ever. lol.

Perhaps theres a few mir 3 maps that can replicate this?

What would be interesting is shifting maps. Could you not create a map with multiple routes but have it modified by walls which in sync'ed and teleported to new pre arragned spaces? Or lots of gates. Would mean nobody could have a deffinate route & you'd be on timers to get to end before they move!!!! Eg 15'min run so gates move every 17 :p. would mean people would have to learn relocate timed and 'multiple routes!!!

The apple files do have npc commands to open gates etc so yes it would be possible to do something like this without them coding it or they could improve of it, would make "mazes" far more interesting ;p

I recall in euro mir times when there was a talk about having different floor maps (2 different sets for 1F and 2F) in WT depending on whether its night or day outside.
It never materialized for maybe obvious reason.
