watermarking videos!

ARG! I've looked everywhere for a good watermarking program and I've com eup empty handed. I want to watermark my CS video that I am currently working on, so if you know of a good program - please tell me.

What you need to do.. is take EVERY frame of your movie, open it in Paint, and add your watermark, then join them aaaall up as an animated gif!!
