Webcam error!

I try n install my webcam n i get this error , anyone know whats wrong , ive tryed installing it onto my other computer n it works perfect, so its this comp i think.

Im not quite sure im fiddling around and trying to find out where it comes from , ive also tried the AUTOEXEC.NT because the scanner wouldnt install , i got a 16-bit error so thats fixed the scanner n i thought it would fix the webcam but it didnt.

Anyway ill ty figure out where the servere's coming from.

I also have an issue with my webcam, don't know if there is a fix.

When I start it up + swith it on, add a few lady contacts to my msn to pump my ego.. then webcam with them, I get a moving picture along these lines:

The ladies get really put off by it and quite frankly it's making me want to throw the cam away, i've tried everything.

Can anyone help? The guy just won't go.
