maybe he means 3600 and thinks that is the AMD cpu speed (in mhz then converted it to ghz making it 3.6) and not just the cpu number?
so im guessing he has a AMD Athlon XP 3600 or something along those lines.
so ur saying u have a AMD Althon running at 3.2 ghz?
my AMD Althon 64 3200+ is only 1.99 ghz ...
the AMD Athlon™ 64 FX-53 runs at 2.4 ghz the same with the 3600+ and they are (i think) the best AMD cpu's out.
i think in not reading all the posts you have mistaken the conversation, we are not talking about intel's cpu's which is common knowledge that they can reach 3.2 ghz shop brought and 3.6 after overclocking, AMD cpu's are much hotter than intel's before overclocking and as urbanfox said you cant get up to 3.6 ghz w/o spending a **** load of money
