Where does Client look for Wings (non ledu)

I would persume HumEffect, but have tried putting more wings in there but it wont have any of it. Is it possible to add more wings without the ledu client or am i just setting up my wings wrong?

I am using the server files from here:

and the official euromir 1.9 client

are these the latest versions?

maybe try a different client and if your adding the wings to an arm goto acnoiciant (not spelt like that but something along the lines) and add the wing number 1-20 maybe depending on the patch you use and its called L-HumEffect.will /wix i think (off top of my head) good luck
