I have a few systems lying about and wondering in your views or experience which would be Best to run EI Server.
1. Dual 933Mhz PIII with 1 Gig EEC Ram
2. Athlon 2100XP with either 1 gig ram or 512 (can be udpated if required)
Im thinking along the lines that 2 processors would be better than a faster single one but would EI server actually use the two?
I am busy formatting it with windows 2000 Server and then adding SQL onto this - as per previous thread were SQL on a differnet box would not work. Tried MySQL and this did not seem to work either - so ill go with what i know i think..
