Why some of new accounts get locked

A lot of new players complain that their accounts get lock today.

It seems that they all register with @QQ.com.

I do not know what happen when I heard it.

I am quite believe that they did not cheat and do something bad.

Could you give me a reasonable question.

sounds to me like if someone in your house is using cheats or botting then you need to get a grip of them and stop them from doing it.

Some accounts need reactivition, but they do not get any email.

Some of them may not be involved in the bots. I do not know the details and how you make the decision.

I will ask them talk to you directly.

this punishment is to stop people using bots. if someone in your house or on your network is using bots/cheats then that network will be banned. blame the cheaters and botters not the people who have banned them.

Kindly inform all your friends that are PMing and facebooking me that boting is not allowed on this server and that all their accounts have been banned and will not be unbanned.
I do not care if it was one person in the Internet cafe, house,flat, workplace or university whatever all accounts linked to the bots have been banned.

Why am I banned I never use bot.

The database linked all these bots and players together via there hardware and ip.

I also find I very funny that since I banned these accounts no more bots have been reported.

I do not need to post proof on this forum, my proof is simple. Since I banned these accounts there have been no reported bots on the server.

You all botted you all got banned.
