For some reason a windowssocket error keeps happening when m2server loads up(10061) any1 got any ideas how to sort it?

There is a box on one of the components saying 'ignore socket errors' or something similar, tick it.

Im also have tuns of these socket errors when i get back from class... When they popup and no one can login. What component is it located at? I cant seem to find it.
