Devil, that wasn't really much of help.

If it's related to 1.4, why don't you post in the 1.4 section? And if you had, you would have probably seen the hexing section, and found the neccesary stuff.

Right, get a hex editor, google it, somethinng like HexWorkshop or UltraEdit.

Now, just search, and change the neccesary strings as follows.

Code:
[color=Blue]18) For changing the experience of each level:[/color]

Example, if u want only 50 for lvl 1 search
for a 32 Bit unsigned long for 50 and u will see
 that it is = to 32 00 00 00

 So simply change 64 00 00 00 to 32 00 00 00

No there isnt a list you have to search for the Hex, its 32 bit unsigned long

What happens is when you open your M2Server all your going to see is a load of hexadecimal digits. You need to search for the Hex digits that are the original and change it to the exp you want.

e.g. 64 00 00 00 is 100exp, and you would change 64 00 00 00 by replacing it with the Hex you wanted so say if you wanted 50 exp at level 1 you would change 64 00 00 00 to 32 00 00 00. Not sure what other values could be im at 6th form ATM so i havent got a Hex calculator.
