Function: Adjusted the perks related to the player's Marfa

Format: MarfaValue Privilege Type Number of days Activated or not (1 equals activation) Whether to activate When writing 1, the privilege time will be set to parameter 2, and if you do not write 1, it will be accumulated Number of days for parameter 2
