Temporal flux on teleport and always works, presume this is intentional to help with levelling the skill at low level but personally I'd rather have it the old way, it uses like 100 mp to cast it, I've been rting instead.
It has been raised that temporal flux is making teleport a little useless, personally I find it a bit rubbish on teleport too as the spell isn't the best spell and it comes with a high penalty for using it. I was thinking about removing this and possibly reintroducing it at a later stage into something like magicbooster (if it's too overpowered).
Thoughts and opinions?
Description
The spell is default the teleport, it acts as a dungeon teleport - e.g. teleports caster to the town it's townteleport is bound to.
When cast it puts a buff effect 'Temporal Flux' on the caster which makes every spell after casting Teleport use 0.3x more mana for a period of time.
