I cannot see myself managing another server after Zircon, However I might look for a partnership, whether or not I find someone I trust is a different matter.

Doesn't make it right the way the server was just abandoned tho really. After people spending so much money.

I stopped playing after he facilitated the transfer/sale of my friends high level tao to lkira (in secret) after publicly banning it on the forums.

I asked him for a refund of the small amount that I had spent with him (for principle really as he wasnt following his own rules).

He refused of course but thankfully PayPal gave me the money back as a good will gesture on their part.

Edit: (Seeing as you keep deleting my reply to your latest post for some reason, I'll do it here. Yes, despite your sarcastic quips.. (just like from back then), they did give me my money back. Note the words "good will gesture"... they refunded it from themselves in part due to their failure in recording my evidence against you in time. They also advised that I dont spend money with people such as yourselves again. Which I wont).

Granted, he's done good things with the files but wouldn't touch another server run by him with a barge pole.

Not from me they didn't, (Can show email)...

Ultimately I tried to stop the cash shop down in May, Thread, but people still wanted it open... finally I closed the shop near the end of October.

Anyway this is besides the point, Marble will only "re-open" if someone trust worthy and good at creating servers approaches me.

You can pull up any email you like but basically after escalating it with them (due to their failure in acknowleding my evidence in time) they gave me the money back from themselves and advised I dont spend money with people such as yourselves again.. which I won't!

Why? I mean if u knew/saw what happened when it took a dive in u/c. If u invested it before thn so did others.
I don't understand why tho...I was one of the best warriors ingame & the highest lvl one when I stopped playing and I did it all w/o spending any $.

Some people can't spend X amount of hours each day to be the highest level, best warrior, etc

It could have been a very successful server and long reaching within the mir community however between the person behind it and his reputation to decisions and commitment it was doomed to failure.

Hopefully the upcoming server will follow the lessons learned from Marble but that will remain to be seen based purely on who's running it.

shame, whenever people ask me what server to play/try always told them Marble is the best, the features/smoothness just uncomparable to other servers.

Unsure as to why you can't run a mir2 and mir (whatever you want to class your new one as, it isn't mir 3.. lol ) server

Closest thing to Marble that's ever been is Chronicles and that damn well is nowhere as good as Marble, the delay between spells is the big one that set marble apart from every other server, everything is instant with no fat in between, I should have to stand there for .5 seconds after i cast a spell lol.

I hope your not saying Heroes or before was better? And #C Certainly isn't there yet maybe one day if the right coder works with them.
