this is why i love this server...

i have spent over a week in here, leveled exclusivly from 29-36

had 3 vigor rings, killed loads of royal guard subs...

had a bracer of artisan of a normal then, put my son down to sleep, hit rmv for an hour or so and POP

This set was nerfed considerably in Korea, no more acc or agi, HP/MP only +50. It was to stop these kinds of issues of it being the key to the class and nothing else being used.

Yeah couldnt believe it. Thats not a red guard either its a normal red moon protector!

i had to cut the screen to the right. It has the mini map top right with buffs underneath. Bottom right is my chat box. Cut it off because i was insulting someone lol.

They have much higher upgrades for items, not accessory refines in the way it works here, but they have them.

The titles have had a bit of a revamp as well, better stats now. Plus some extra stuff at certain levels.

The new upgrades for items are like enchants, you can see some on the CHB thread I posted as well, those ones have little symbols next to them right at the bottom of the weapon.

Nope, There's no functions to modify 'system' data whilst server is running.

I've done 12% of my current level in here (8,400,000)

Spiders give between - 420 - 450 exp
Apes between - 520-560 exp
Gazers give 720 exp

That's a generous average of 576 exp per kill

8,400,000 / 576 = 14,583 kills with a drop rate enhancement of 80%

From that I've now had 1 bracelet and 1 necklace of vigor.

My brother also hunting RMV hes done at least 25% of his level (11,000,000), possibly up to 35% he hasn't been keeping track

Working on the above average exp rates

11,000,000 / 576 = 19,097 kills with a drop rate enhancement of 87%

Hes had not 1 vigor set piece drop, nothing, nada, nil, none, zero.


Does anyone know roughly what the drop rate is for the vigor set? Please note this is NOT including spending previous time in Phantom Forest farming spiders and doing approx 30 BroodMothers and over 40 Royal Guards. Again none of which have dropped any vigor set for my brother.

Out of curiosity how much EXP is it from level 29-36 or roughly how many kills did it take you to acquire the entire three pieces?


Its weird though, I've had a few different things drop in here not just vigor set but other superior items too. My brother whos been hunting here for considerably longer, talking millions of EXP more than me and with a higher % buff drop and not one thing. I would have expected him to have got at least 1 piece of vigor set by now, heck ill be lapping him with a second set by the time he even gets his first piece drop.

Hes just spent all evening in there again doing a further 3% of his level (2,100,000) + 11,000,000 that hes already done. Were talking a kill score of 22,743 monsters so far, possibly higher due to the average exp being skewed by Gazers giving so much. But not a single vigor item, I dare say hes the only level 44+ Sin who doesn't have it?

tbh i didnt keep count, i just hit rmv 4th as often as i could

none of my set items came form the sub, i had a ring off a red moon guardian. a ring off a red moon protector and in my last screenshot the arms and neck dropped off the same protector.

im not sure on the exp required to lvl from 29-36. all i can suggest is just keep killing everything, it will drop eventually because of the guarenteed drop system jamie had built in.

sometimes its easier to smoke a blunt and grind flea cave for 5/6 hours and just buy the set.

Keep at it lads and enjoy the drops! When you hit 45 and go to Goru thats where it becomes interesting.

I’m waiting for you to start your second set while I’m still awaiting my first drop of anything hahaha!

Its possibly more than that... I wasn’t keeping track on Friday’s figures as didn’t expect to still have nothing drop by the Monday... so really them figures are only accurate for Sat/Sun, either way it’s a LOT of RMV kills lol, would be interested to know what the actual drop # is if Jamie wouldn’t mind sharing? Or if you can check an individuals kill stats etc I’d like to know just how many I have killed.

Also, to the people comparing that they did from Lv.2x for 5 or so levels in RMV to get a kit, please take into consideration that I 2-3 hit most things in RMV and that the amount of Exp I’ve done so far is more than it took for you to go from Lv.1-3x

We seem to get our fair share of subs (although spending all day down there it’s inevitable lol!), tbh I have no problem with grinding out dungeons for it, it’s what we spend the majority of our game time doing, but when something is so integral to the class build and literally everyone else seems to have a set or get the items drop in a fraction of the time it becomes disheartening.... maybe it will be my lucky day today... only 3 more pieces of the set to get XD
