Questions about Mir in general and Zircon in particular

Hi, I played years ago on some private servers, didn't remember some things, and some of them have changed here, so I need to ask for some info:

How does ATT, ADV, DIS works exactly? I know that the more att of an element, the more you hit with, the more ADV on element the less you are hit with and the more dis you have, the more damage you get from that element but.. How much exactly? 1 ATT= 2 spell power, for example? How much is the damage multiplier on each adv/dis 1-5? 5%? 10% each?

I know there are some special items/sets, with special properties but.. there is a list anywhere? I know some of them but not all.. From what I can see on the list-items on the web of zircon:
- Loop Of Ressurection: revival ring that works like a rose?
- Loop Of Teleportation: Teleports to any given coords/map?
- Gale Ring: ?
- Loop Of Paralysis: prob to paralize the target?
- Loop of protection: mana as life?
- Loop of invisibility: makes you invisible to mobs? to people?
- Seal of Titans: ?
- Hero's Band of Supremacy: ?
- Choker Of Learning: Skill neck? x3 to level skills?
- Pendant of Tracking: ?
- I heard something about Spirit set?
- Any other item?​


Each item has its zone to drop? There are any way to know the drops places? Its known by ppl that played to the official servers or its different here?


What does Comfort do? (stat of shoes)


How lifesteal works? Only for mele or for Wiz-Tao too?


Is there some list of coeficient of the spells?


How exactly works AC - MR? its (DC-AC)*Spell coeficient, to calculate the hit to a mob or DC*Coeficient-AC / other way? (example, can I hit with 10-50 MC a mob with 55 MR?)

Elements (this is a Mir3 thing, if you come from Mir2 you'll be unfamiliar with it):
Att: Attack
Uncapped.
If you hit a target that's weak to this element, I'm pretty sure each point you have in the element that the target is weak to counts for 1-5 damage (so like having 1-5 DC or MC). Correct me if I'm wrong people.
If you play a magic class, each point of element will equate to 2-2 damage. So say you're playing a Wiz, each point of "att:fire" you have is like having 2-2 MC when you are using fire skills (FireWall, Meteor Strike, etc).
Adv: Defence ("advantage")
Defence against a particular element.
Reduces damage taken by elemental attacks by 10% per point.
Max is 5 for each element (so 50% reduction).
Practically needed to survive some bosses in Mir3.
Dis: Weakness ("disadvantage")
Bad ****.

For the items, you'll just have to play the game yourself and find out mate. I don't know some of those myself. Gale = Atk Speed set.

Comfort makes you lose less HP when running, kinda useless.

Lifesteal set has been removed on this server, Assassins have passive lifesteal skills though.

List of spells? Check the game, you can observe any player and look at their skills.

AC is defence against physical, MR is Magic Resist. So if you play a DC class: Damage = DC - AC. If you have 10-50 MC and a mob has 55-55 MR, unless you crit all your hits will say "block". If it has 0-55 MR, the mob will resist anywhere between 0-55 each time you hit it.

I'm playing, I'm lvl 33 atm, but as casual player, because now I have a job and can't play so much, like the old good times.. thats why I wanted to get some info, because I have no time to explore all the game like some time ago hehe.

Would I be correct in thinking that if a mob has -5 fire resistance it will take 50% more damage from fire spells?
