Making Money?

I keep reading all of these threads/posts saying Warriors have it really easy and can easily be making 25-30m a day in JP/BP but I'm lucky if I make 3-4m a day.

What am I doing wrong? I can do a good 10 hours in JP, cash wise you get nothing I'll make about 600-700k from booty and then make between 3-4m on items. Of course not counting getting constantly attacked while trying to level there. But this is no where near these 25-30m figures I keep seeing everyone throwing about?

If I do BP I make much better cash at around 750k-1m an hour but again this is down to getting a couple of subs and the floor not being overly packed.

I've tried ants and its too volatile, a good hour can be 1.5m including a couple of subs etc, a bad hour can be as low as 600k all depending on how busy the floor is.


Either way none of these hunting grounds are making these massive millions.

So how do I make these big 25m-30m bucks that apparently every warrior on server is raking in except me.

44 robes used to sell for 500k +

but most of the server have/don't need them anymore, its how supply and demand works sadly.

Wait so people are still spouting figures from 6+ weeks ago as facts and lying that Warriors are raking in 25-30m a day from JP? Wow why would people from the Mir community (and usually classes other than warriors) keep spreading these lies?

If your really lucky you can make a 4-6m a day with like 8-12 hours of play. Do that daily for a few weeks and you will have a nice sum of gold. Its usually the lazy ones who goto banyo and do nothing else that complain about having no gold. Im sure 6 weeks ago the lucky few were making this much by grinding 18-20 hours a day lol. If they did, they deserved it for spending that much time on there lol, but now it is not the case :P
End point, gold is earned by long hours of grind :P

Wait what? So whys every class thats not a warrior telling me I'm suppose to be earning 25-30m and have to pay nothing to hunt and are the richest class?

I was making 2/3m an hour in JP that's with 90% gold/drop rate.

Hunting trips of 2 hours each (by this time you pig and bag are full). TM'ing all items worth over 20k, selling the rest to the NPC for about 1m per time.

Superior items/44 armours every trip. This was making around 22m worth of exp an hour, using that you can figure out how many mobs killed over that time.

PK'ing all on site cos i'm greedy and wanted all mobs to myself

This was using Holy +50'ish so kill speed was fast.

People like to talk ****, and almost always exclusively about any other class but their own and over exaggerate a situation.... so take any figures people throw about with a pinch of salt!

Looking at the rankings they are in the top 20, so I wouldn’t think they were that late to any party..... again, to the OP read sentence 1 again.

Guess OP needs to stop being lazy and getting carried at Banyo then and put some real graft in for his £££....

Just find the chinese programme they are using, make 2 wizards to chain lightning level
then leave it running on seperate client/machines rting around CL in fleas and make unlimited gold.

GMs wont ban you for it as long as you reply when they message you

Think some of the people complaining about it never saw the players in question and what they was doing.

The 2 players i just seen, both married both wizards.

In flea caves 2f, following happens
If 1 mob is within 3 spaces of character (Chain lightning spell range) they will cast CL on their character, thats if there is 1 mob or 20,
If no mobs within that distance they will teleport. There could be 50 mobs outside that range and they will use teleport, if it was a player they would geo into them if being lazy but they just use teleport, land at 1 mob and kill that instead.
If a player enters their vision range, they will use teleport regardless of how many mobs are half dead on there screen.

This is not a macro but a clear programme designed to farm gold. Whether someone is sat monitoring this at the keyboard for when a GM pms them or not shouldn't matter. This sort of behaviour is clearly a programme.

I would also go a step further and trace who they are sending to gold to and ban them.

Well, look at what happened when we did Ban people, So many people complained that it was unfair...

Cheating, botting, bug exploiting should be banned out right, no second chances. It spoils everyone's fun.
If people complain about legitimate bans (adequate evidence and reasoning) then they are just as bad as them.

My gripe in the other case was down to the ridicuous reasoning in Shane's post.

yea i reported them to shane at the time, and he replied saying they are at keyboard so cant do anything

he did reply later saying that they had been banned. These are the sort that people want banning

Interestingly enough I previously reported account 2, 3 and 12 for being bots in BP nothing happened.

How did I know they were bots? Leaving subs, running away when on screen, always following the exact same path round BP 4th, but most of all when the seal breaks and they are teleported back out of the floor. Their program/repeat macro can't cope as its outside the set rotation they have to follow for it to work.

Did they ever get banned? Nope
