Pay 2 Win - Stealth Res Pill change

Ok firstly,

The res pill change - this was done without anybody knowing, from 15 minutes to 5 minutes? WTF.

And who uses them the most? OH YEAH, Hells. Nice One. A personal change 100%. I know some other people may use one of two, but this guy is the only one who will use more than 1 per day.

Pay 2 win - Hells dropped people Res Pills for his whole group "Take one you c**ts". This is taking the p**s now. Jamie you should have just put gold in game shop, £4 for 1 mill.

I have had more people leaving the game because of this crap, than any of the other changes. Soon it will just be Hells and THC playing the server.. It will be boring without SD.

It is making people so angry with how much HELLS rubs it in peoples faces. Yes we get it mate, u spend a lot of money on the game, nice one, you still suck.

Original Res pill implementation

15 minutes cooldown and a forced teleport after 10 minutes so you can only use one.

Now its a 5 minute cooldown so can be spammed in fights

I personally donated to help support the server, but throwing hundreds of pounds to win a single team fight is so sad in so many ways.

Official implementation was No Cooldown and No forced teleport (unless war).

Reincarnation pill change to 5 Minutes cooldown was about a month ago.

Ok - so nice one. This benefits who exactly? Hells only ......

Which other player spams Res Pills on mass apart from that sadact? Why was it changed? 15 Mins was fine. Hells can literally kill a full group on his own, if that group manages to kill him, 5 minutes isnt enough time to escape him from hunting the group down again. EVENTUALLY he is gonna win, no matter how bad he is.

It’s always a funny one when it comes to small scale servers, as it needs money to survive (which Hells invests plenty), but sometimes the business model moves more towards P2W as it generally brings in the most income (some people would sell their Gran just to win).

I think the change to the Res Pill cool-down was a little sneaky as I don’t recall it been covered in any patch notes and 5 mins sounds like it’s bordering on the extreme, in its “new” capacity you could continuously Res at a boss and try several times until successful (or out of money), at least in its previous format you would only get 1 extra attempt as you would time-out before you could use a second.

Hopefully we don’t start to see other GG changes that approach the P2W market rather than maintaining a balanced environment.

I was never a big fan of Res Pills anyway (never bought one myself), as even in its current capacity is very much P2W.

I dont give a flyin sauce pan if im Crying about it. At least i come on here to vent my concerns, a few of SD have already quit because of the p2w change. In my eyes, its a VALID cry and is annoying anybody who isnt a Hells bumboy like you obviously are.

During the alpha you purposefully put it on a 15minute cooldown and a 10minute forced res recall to prevent people waiting for res pill cooldown. That was your own design behind it to prevent res pills being spammed to win fights.

Why has this been changed? Not 1 post on forum was created asking for it to be changed.

Some quit others come, that’s not how it works sadly or we would all still be playing 3h rage zone or any number of the servers that have closed over the years.

I’m not in sd or thc but it’s a bit of a joke that hells can just keep resing in fights / levelling / killing bosses.

Starting to feel like he’s squeezing as much cash out as possible before he goes to play another game like he did with marble.

Selling items for gold as well as this change gives a certain impression and it’s not a good one

Don't think roses/pills should be in game shops (or the game) at all, dying should have consequences, Resurrection shouldn't be in game or at least have a downside more then 4000 gold per res.

I also get the feeling that Jamie just doesn't care enough.

Pig Exp Potions (Makes pig level faster)
Better refine ores (add 10%)
Bigger stat liqs (level 55/75) versions
Better roses (ac1-2 amc1-2)

Dont worry SD still has 100 members + the Chinese as backup you will still win some fights mate.
