Mir is to situational to say who is the " best " but for sure you could pick out 5-10 people that excel is PVP. I have no clue because i don't play anymore.
When i played it just felt like level was everything, Molten was the top Killer when i played and that was literally down to him beckoning people and 1 shot, there was some skill to it as Geralt was higher but never got the crazy kill's like he Molten did but it just felt like Levels was everything back then and kit was **** all sure its changed massively since then.

I'll be biased and say it's Molten/Iglu, doesn't matter what class he plays he gets kills and hardly dies.

To weigh pvp skill youd have to have folks on same ping/kit/level/emblem/horse etc. The fastest wiz in game with no emblem no horse against a **** and slow pvper like crowley wont be able to do anything and will melt the first time they get touched or don't puri out of beckon.
War - Raw
Wiz - Asstwix
Tao - Ace/Rotilia
Sin - Fairy/KoD
It's hard to judge how good your allies are since you've never fought against them so i've just listed best PvP enemies but i've seen Molten rek from day 1 on a war/sin/wiz, would defo put him on par with all of the above in each class.

When i left Asstwix was not the best, he played like a suicide roll he would just come in wipe as many people as he could and just die and wait for a res, Hells was better.. I'm sure theres got to be better Wizards than Asstwix now there was plenty back when i played GP used to slap him about all day.
Never rated Hells in PvP tbh he was all kit.
GP was decent at one time but i'm sure it was only cos he was well ahead in regards to levels of everyone else.
Jupiter/Fleshwerk are decent also.
ChinaNo1 again all kit/level not really a skilled player.
Asstwix kit was pretty dominate and he still used to get slapped about, even when GP slowed down and asstwix was the same level he used to beat asstwix a lot. Hells was all kit but he was still alright he made some good plays. Asstwix used to seem lost for his kit and level, maybe he plays different now this was months ago lol.

GP lol wise up you mug. The only time GP was dangerous was when JOH was bugged and he abused it lol.
Best i fought...
Warrior - molten , 2nd drakay after that there wasn't another good war.
Taoist - ace, no 2nd that stands out.
Wizard - fleshwerk, 2nd GP. Flesh was better than GP because he was aggressive enough to kill you, GP had a habit of just running off.
Assassin - anyone's game tbh there wasn't a stand out assassin
