I'm looking to start to start playing this but after downloading the game from the patcher, the game just hangs when trying to connect. I've tried to use the repair tool and disabling my antivirus/firewall (temporarily) but I'm getting the same issue. Any ideas on a possible solution?

While the game is running and trying to connect, open up an administrative command prompt and run “netstat -ab” look for the zircon.exe in the list and grab the details to post here.
Happy to report that I can now log in, I was messing with my anti-virus, windows security settings I've found a configuration that works. Thanks all who had taken a look at this.
