Getting speedy on crystal files?

Anybody care to share some fundamentals for getting fast on these files?

My pcs relatively new but feeling rather slow at the mo, is it worth a second ssd with win xp or similar?

From my knowledge isnt really much you can do on these files other than ping/internet stuff.

In what way do you feel slow? Pretty sure the movements are handled server side so you can't go faster than the movement is processed on the server anyway,

These files are designed to work with Win7/10 not XP. You will have to deal with being the same speed as everyone else, unless of course you are asking for cheats?

I don't even think cheats would make it any faster. I suppose you could make it faster on the players client but you wouldnt get very far as the client and server cell positions would be out of sync.

Yes, ofc, im asking for Cheats over a public forum....

I'd happily be the same speed as everyone else, I just don't feel it at the moment, I see people running ahead of me in a straight line etc. Good to know there are no major tweaks, must just need to sort out my connection etc.

Funny how everyone automatically thinks the worst in everyone ain't it. Even admins eh.

You will need that reciept to get your money back. The service is terrible.

Make sure you have right clicked the Apoc.exe or Crystal file server in general your playing and make sure your Graphics card is running it and not your intergrated graphics. I done this for awhile xD Only reason other people would look faster than you unless you have a high ping.

Cheers for this, I use a first gen Ryzen CPU so it has no igpu anyway. I'm thinking it's just a ping issue

It will show on the right if your ping is over 100
