Suggestions are welomed you said. Only one post.
Try to look at way things are in game first.
Player been on server from start very far ahead
Getting gold, items much harder for new ones. Prices up cos of the gold high levels can get easily.

Character progression went wildly wrong after so many 79 items flooded into the server when they were supposed to trickle and be rare. Those witrh 1% 79 items were along way ahead of everyone else.

Then the special and master refines with extractors (misused abused unforseen consequences?)
took OP to a new and different extreme.

Cant take the OP stats away because all those ppl that grinded 12 hours a day 7 days a week will quit even tho they are still here grinidng 8-12 hours a day and complaining of boredom.

I suggest
a level capped cave(cant enter if rebirthed 81+ or with veteran buff)
where new players can level, get items and books they need to progress instead of having to hang out in DA for weeks trying to get 65 skills or get PK on the wall trying to get 79 items or trying to find a sub for 75 book parts when there are so many pendants of tracking in game.

Re vamp western desert cave plenty floors to do this.

Challenge cave for the high levels
Go in and yr naked have to kit yrself out from the mobs before u can go deeper into the cave.
Group advised or compulsory. Players who survive to the exit get a time limited medal which works in rest of game. Not sure what sts it should have Poison resist, see through sin tao hide, freeze mobs b but can only choose one stats and only have one medal

regarding the gold prices being unreasonable for new players i agree with that, it appears as though high level players gaining gold so much faster than lower levels is a negative because they both go after the same items - perhaps this wouldn't be so bad and could be minimised if high and low level players didn't need to purchase same items (skill books come to mind)

i assume other mmorpgs would have the same problem, such as WoW, if max level characters had to purchase things a level 10 had to, the max level player has more spending power, if you know what i mean

I am confused as to what server you are playing on,it's easy to make money here. New players don't need gear worth more than 2b,and guess what? all the items on the market are what? 2.1x bill and under?

Because the prices are inflated it is soo much easier for low levels to make money.

Now i am not saying the game doesn't have it's problems but come on lets talk fact here.
I am fine with some suggestion but atleast come to the same point of reality before doing so.

The only things new players can't afford are 40b+ odyn weps with many sr/mr's/cubed stats on them.

And even then, after two weeks of efficient play via reading discord and forum for guides (self education as anyone who is not a moron can do) it is easy to be grinding over a billion a day with garbage gear.

A billion a day. How many hours? A high level wizard can make 6 billion in a few hours without trying too hard.
New players can be 70+ in a few days and 80+ in afew weeks

Hoped people would add opinions about what the game is like to play now. How many hours to make a billion? How do you see your character developing? What are you aiming for next and how much will it cost in either gold or hours of play?

What problems have you identified? Thats what I am trying to get at and find out about. Until that is understood cant make the right solutions.

Yes you have players like Kaman who has been playing for a year buying the same skill books as a new ish 75+ player. Same with asteroid, siesmic slam and shadows. Then theres longtime players trying to get level 4/5 skills pushing up prices.

People say they play mir for the fights. I disbelieve this. Sw hasnt changed hands for a very long time. Dont see many fights at all. The newish people havent got a chance against the long time players.
So if you want to play for the fights this isnt the server for you

This works both ways as it inflates the prices of books which noobs can easily farm in the mines to fund their own skill books.

SW needs to be be taken off guilds every week and a randomly timed war should start. Any guild can take it. If a guild looses it because they were asleep they can do a war 48hours after to win it back.

Gold is very easy to make on zircon. A few hours of grind can get ya 1B pretty easy. If you wont put in the time, you cannot expect to be at par with people who do :p Ah few hours at HT3 will get you a ton of gold if ya sell the fragments made.
