My friend said this was suppose to be releasing yesterday now tonight, cant see that info but hope its not much longer, keep it up sounds really nice.

Yeah we've had a couple set backs (personal circumstances) but we're still plodding away.

Apologies for the confusing count down timers, that was my fault messing around with stuff on the website!

We've also added 5 additional caves to the areas (completely new caves) to add a refreshed feeling from the get go (so there are plenty of old and new caves, for all levels) - had to do all their drops, achievements, card collections and so forth, so took a lil while!

Safe to say the list isn't getting 1 thing off 2 things on anymore, I think we may have 2 things left to do before we can hit the beta button!

I really do appreciate all the interest in the server, hell I am super proud of this so hopefully the hours and pride reflect in the game when it all goes live !

EDIT:
We're tweaking refining this weekend, changing the way MR completely works, adding a new Sabuk Wall, Extended Rankings to show 100 players, bug fixes and QoL improvements

OHHH
and tons of existing bosses have had updated AI so you can't use the usual cheese anymore :D

I would like to take part, I have applied for open, so if you find any room in closed i would be grateful.

We've started closed beta, got some people on and had great suggestions so far, will do a second wave tomorrow morning (when I am on and not sleep deprived) so I can respond to any questions, suggestions etc as and when people are testing,

I have noted people in here and keep an eye on your LOMCN messages :)

This looks great, I remember the potential TPR Had. Gonna play it for sure, wondering how low rate is the server going to be like and in all fairness that exp scaling mechanism looks super OP and demotivate the geeks out there, maybe make a pool to see how people think about it?

It shouldn't be as its not impacting them at all.

Open beta is going to monitor how quick people can level, and we can adjust the rates according to how quick we want it to progress.

The geeks will always contest the top spots against each other, if there is a level difference between them, they are getting a 5% advantage (so for every 20 mobs you kill, you get 1 extra free, which isn't a lot in higher level group killing). - If it does get requested often, we could look to add a caveat in to stop the buff if you are within X levels of the highest level.

This buff is mainly for the casuals, the idea is instead of seeing high levels n thinking "oh great people are level 30+ I am only level 15 *log out*?!" they will log on and see that they now have a decent increased exp buff; as casuals wont suddenly hard core, it makes their few hours of gameplay more enjoyable by having a quicker natural progression depending on the high levels.

(Also note it is capped out so it wont go to 300% exp rate for example!)

Geeks have better items and player connections, I don't see why they should have absurd level advantages too although I could be seen as a devil in the eyes of the "true mmo elite".

There will be a server late in the year that will finally incorperate rng factors on pushback skills like Repulse and Shoulderdash instead of fixed higher lvl factors, a good change for competition > grinding wins.

Yea sorry about that.

I invest a good amount of time, lvl my Tao beyond most of the server and repulse melee's to an easy submission, I always enjoy that engaging gameplay...
