Something worth trying on this is before launching the game enable the 'borderless' option in the launcher settings (with fullscreen disabled), I suspect it could be a resolution issue if you've definitely installed all of the dependencies and that might be a quick fix.

Otherwise just double check you've installed all of the packages in the troubleshooting page here:

I presume this is a windows 10 laptop we're talking about?

Any chance you could push the borderless option to Crystal Mir Source :D

Just have full screen turned off in the mir2config

Then find the resolution of your monitor and change the res in there too to try and match your displays res

Did you also try downloading the things I mentioned above ?

I meant to say borderless fullscreen. It's a feature which isn't implemented in the public source.

Oooo I think you might be able to manually change that by using the compatibility settings when you right click the exe and go into properties

EXIT: Don’t hold me on that tho, I remember you could do it back in XP days
