We've not had any outages over the last 24 hours afaik, so likely some intermediate network issue. Best bet to get some support if you're still having trouble would be to join the arti discord server and open a ticket in the #get-support channel. It might take a little while for me to reply at first, but it gives me a chance to look at any screenshots and errors etc you are receiving.
whan it tells me to launch then it says atempting to conect to the server but the attempt counter goes into the hundreds then it says the game is running but im not in the game

Yeah it was a limited time event and its gone now , Xmas event should be coming ingame soon , should be good for newcomers and who knows? they might re consider adding the catch up feature again , keep in touch.
