In the past, I participated in a server run by Hexport (a moderator at Razogame). He developed a very creative item drop rate and item fusion system that allowed players to combine items to obtain more advanced gear. This system encouraged players to focus on farming monsters for a chance to get rare items, which could then be fused into higher-value equipment. Compared to your version of the game, I believe you should consider changing many aspects of the gameplay to make it more engaging.
Example:

Gems System

There are 7 types of gems in the game, functioning like "dragon balls", and they are obtained by farming monsters:
  • Orange Gem: Used to fuse weapons (Very low drop rate)
  • Red Gem: Used to fuse Helmets and Necklaces
  • Blue Gem: Used to fuse Armor
  • Purple Gem: Used to fuse Rings and Gloves
  • Yellow Gem: Used to fuse Boots
  • Indigo Gem: Used to fuse Belts
  • Green Gem: Used to upgrade item attributes like weapon speed, luck rate, magic rate, etc.

Central City NPC: Fusion Master

An NPC in the central city opens a dialogue menu with the following options:

Weapon Fusion:

Upon selecting this, the player chooses their class:

  • Warrior / Taoist / Mage
    • Level 1 Weapon: Basic weapon + 1 Orange Gem – 50% success rate → failure destroys all items
    • Level 2 Weapon: Level 1 weapon + 2 Orange Gems – 40% success rate → failure destroys all items
    • Level 3 Weapon: Level 2 weapon + 4 Orange Gems – 30% success rate → failure destroys all items
    • Level 4 Weapon: Level 3 weapon + 8 Orange Gems – 20% success rate → failure destroys all items

Equipment Fusion:

Choose your class:

  • Warrior
    • Level 1 Equipment = Basic item + 1 corresponding Gem + 1M Gold – 50% success rate
      • Helmet: Red Gem
      • Necklace: Red Gem
      • Armor: Blue Gem
      • Ring: Purple Gem
      • Gloves: Purple Gem
      • Belt: Indigo Gem
      • Boots: Yellow Gem
    • Level 2 = Level 1 item + 2 Gems + 2M Gold – 40% success rate
    • Level 3 = Level 2 item + 4 Gems + 4M Gold – 30% success rate
    • Level 4 = Level 3 item + 8 Gems + 8M Gold – 20% success rate
  • Taoist / Mage:
Same process and success rates as Warrior. Gear slots remain the same.

Equipment Overview:

  • Basic Equipment: Dropped by monsters
  • Advanced Equipment: Obtained by fusing lower-tier gear with Gems + Gold. The higher the level, the more gems and gold required, and the lower the success rate. Failure results in total loss of materials.

Example:
A basic glove fused with a Purple Gem and 1M Gold may create a Level 1 glove with 50% success. Fail = lose everything.

Weapons:

Weapons are fused similarly to equipment, requiring Orange Gems for each level upgrade.

Skills:

Can be obtained by farming monsters or by fusing with specific Gems.

Guild System:

Allows players to create guilds and invite others.

Guild War System:

There is a castle in the desert region, known as Sand Castle (Sa Thành). Guilds can battle for control over it. The guild that controls the castle gains access to a special zone where the item drop rate is 5–7 times higher than in regular areas. The guild leader also receives a unique weapon called Dragon Slayer Blade (Đồ Long Đao).

Every time the guild leader logs in, a global system message is broadcast:
"Overlord of Sand Castle <Character Name> has come online."

Since I don't have any images here, it's hard to describe all the details of the gems and items. I'll install a server and client on my computer, and once I get the server and client up and running, I'll add more detailed images.

Gem system is being worked on but you pretty much got what it will be, certain gems will only be used in certain pieces of gear. You will be able to go to a npc to unlock a slot on the equipment, then allowing you to equip a gem into it. This is the way Shanda have it and that's what we follow.

Sabuk owners having a special zone sounds like a custom thing, that isn't something we would do though.

I have compiled some images, because there are too many items so I can't remember them all, but basically it will be like the picture I attached. Each sect will have corresponding item sets.

I think we need a monster killing system and item drop rate, so players have a chance to own items and combine them into more valuable ones. As a player, I really think that's interesting, because it includes luck in it.

That sort of thing a server owner can do himself tbh.

this is what i was referring to.

What your asking for could easily be done already by the DB.

No need to raise bugs and suggestions, it's pointless. The Dev team has their ideas. Most bugs and issues may eventually be identified as distinctive and proactive designs.

The seven round, colored items mentioned above are called Dragon Orbs in the official server. Initially, they were named according to their color—such as the Yellow Dragon Orb. This item first appeared in the Zhongzhou map, where a statue near the military officer allowed players to insert either a single orb or a full set. Doing so would grant experience and some items, with a chance to obtain level 46 advanced skills. The current official version has evolved into an even more extreme form.

Hello, I've played the official version of this game, and I'm quite familiar with a lot of its content. You can ask me about it.
