Try to be sympathetic with the hero related crashes. Heroes is a big, new feature - the crashes will become fewer and farther between
You guys are pushing fixes faster than I’ve seen anywhere else, servers not been on 3 days. Wouldn’t worry about any negativity. Hats off
i just got crashed while sitting in training room for like 2 minutes testing skills... and when i tried to launch game again it says my account does not exist,,,,

I was just re-reading this post, especially the first paragraph and a bit confused. Will there be another wipe or is this it?Bringing the server back online on the 6th February, It will be a full wipe but for the last time, going forward no wipes will be needed. It won't be like the test server that was quest heavy to gain levels, going back to classic way of grinding monsters.
Monsters have redone, we managed to get hold of the official monster database so all the monster should be in line now, Drops also completely re done.

Warrior
Tank class with moderate damage, ShieldBreaker has been buffed since testing and a few of his items have been re worked to be more focused on tanking.
Wizard
High AOE Magic Class, Fastest levellers in the game with the wide range of AOE skills ThunderStorm,HellThunder,IceStorm,MeteorShower with some causing slow to enemies.
Taoist
Support class with moderate damage and defence, HellStrike which has been buffed since the test server is Taoist main attack skill combined with EnhancedSkeletons dealing high damage with pets shielding you in the process.
Lancer Class
High AOE physical damage dealing class, moderate defence but lacks the single target damage. Uses the spirit gauge for the Possession skill which increases damage to all skills for a period of time.
Archer Class
High Single physical damage dealing class, uses a orb system like the berserker but it's more important for archer, the amount of orbs you have determines the damage done by a lot of skills, also some skills may not be available until you have a certain amount of orbs. You can increase orbs by obtaining higher level weapons.
Berserker Class
Melee class that has strong single and aoe attacks but suffers defensively with no defensive skills, the Berserker can wield 2 weapons and uses a orb and trigger system to utilize skills, has the best mobility skills out of all classes able to get out of bad situations much easier.
Heroes
At level 22 you can visit the Palace in Central Plains and speak with Horos to unlock a hero, heroes will use the same equipment and use the same skills, items will need to be put into the hero bag for it to learn or use the item.
Socket & Rune System
Sockets will be on equipment starting from HolyWar,Dharma,Tianzun, they will start with 1 socket, increasing as items progress. You will need to pay Gold to unlock the socket increasing each socket you unlock. Runes can drop from monsters and bosses, Runes have up to 7 levels (I) to (VII), the higher the rune the better the stats will be. There are 3 types of runes, Offensive,Defensive and Utility, OffensiveRunes are DC,MC,SC,AP,GC. (Weapons, Bracelet,Rings) DefensiveRunes AC,MAC (Armours,Helmets,Shoes) and UtilityRunes Speed,Accuracy,Agility (Necklaces).
Ascension
Ascension becomes available at level 50, speak to Zylac in Central Plains to teleport the SkyGarden where you can talk to Levantius to ascend. Ascension will give you 10% increase in stats and you will unlock your first wings and Ascension levels will start. This isn't a reset of your level but you will be put to Sacred Rank 1, Sacred is the first Ascension and you will need to get 50 levels to get to the next ascension rank Astral where you will be given a new 20% buff and new wings.
Sacred Levels are 100 million experience, it will remain at that until you ascend to the next rank then it will be 200 million experience per level.
Mounts
We now have permanent mounts, there are different types of mounts, Horses can only use be used in provinces, Beast mounts can be used in provinces and caves, you will also have mounts that can only be used in a specific map, The phoenix is required for Frostburn Spire to cross over and the Shark Mount for sunken temple.
Horses can be purchased from the stable master for 10,000 Gold, At level 25 you will unlock a quest at the stable master to obtain a beast mount, beast mounts are also in Boss drops. Phoenix and Shark are purchased with Prestige points. You can summon and de summon mounts by double clicking the stone from your bag, all mounts cannot be sold or traded.
Skill Requirements
We found the pre skill being annoying for a lot of people so we have removed the need of the previous skill to learn the next. The skill tree still remains so be careful what skills you learn.
Quests
We wanted to move away from quests so the story quests won't be the same as they was in the test server and the repeat quests experience has also been removed. Each dungeon will have quests available that will reward gold and potions, you will also have a daily quest to get a gem bag.
Gems & Gembags
Gembags have replaced the stones in drops (Rubys,Sapphires,Emeralds..), you will have to take the bag to the smelter to obtain 3x of a random stone. To craft a stone has been changed from 6 to 3. The new Sacred Stone will be 6 which is available at level 50 from the barren lands.
Star Amulet Craft
Added this due to the lack of medals in game at the moment, you can craft this from the Refinery in Central Plains The first amulet requires PureSilver,PureBlackIron,PureGold which can be made from the furnaces outside the castle walls.
Fate Weapon
This is purely a piety weapon, level 35 will have the same stats as a level 30 weapon, the level 40 fate weapon will have the level 35 weapon stats, but with base luck on. You can do weekly quest to obtain the weapon. Visit the Fate Statue in Western Region just outside High Tower Temple.
Dragonballs
Yes, like the cartoon, random monsters will drop dragon balls, once you collect all 7, take them to Nithogg and he will give you a random reward based on what type you choose (Weapon,Gold or Experience).

Some monsters have been changed, some have a AI change, others just a skin change.

Frostburn Spire now level 45 to enter, requires the Phoenix mount to cross over, it's now split into 2 maps. Jin Bosses are no longer a static spawn

Barren Lands will be Ascension rank required to enter, it's the old Horse plains map. Sunken Temple and Cognitive Abyss content will be located here. You will have access to daily and weekly quest to earn IreTokens, tokens can be exchanged for level 50 tier gear. The bosses in Sunken Temple will drop the Elite version of the gear that have a set bonus. You also unlock the next stone which can be obtained from the Sacred Furnace. Random chance of the Sea King appearing in the Barren Lands which you can obtain tier 1 gear from. XXL Potions and Large Amulets are available on this map also.
