Could you add that if we get a spell book for a spell already learnt we can use it to add exp to the spell if it isn't lvl'd up?

I'm all for this. Even if it's a small +100 - Saves all the wated books!
Like when TDB decides to be like busses... Kill 10+ ZT and get none and suddenly when you have it, he decides to drop it every kill!

I'd like to see all lesser books drop from bosses too perhaps.. its a right pain on a tao hunting in 5 zones i get nothing from

By rebirthing and buying it in the rebirth upgrades. Don't worry about it for your first few runs, you'll get things back quicker your second time around,

I think an unlockable store in general for non craftable/smithable gear would be good.

Level 30 chars in bichon 1 gear, be nice just to put basic shot kit... even if its only up to pearl rings/serp eye rings, etc. along with books.

Id say even do it in stages say 100RB points for upto lvl 10, 200RB for 10-20, then 300RB for upto 30 gear within reason.
