My new car - vroom vroom

wow, you really have got a nice problem with me haven't you Urban, judging by the 41 points you gave me for avoiding the word filter system and now your gna "tear my head off at semantics".

I wasn't questioning semantics used, it just seemed from your original post that you were talking about being in traffic, i'm not sure if this applies to everyone in England but most people i know associate the phrase "in traffic", generally being assosciated with being stuck in traffic, or travelling very little therefore not needing to change gears every 8 seconds.

you do realise, i am 17, making me able to legally drive a car, and as such i have been learning to drive, i am now almost ready to take my test.
However, though you must know me better, i must of been imagining all the driving lessons i have been having.

I've heard this line used 100x from 100 different people. Don't try to make yourself a victim.

You got a 12 hour temp ban for getting out of hand... again, don't try to make yourself look like your on my imaginary hate list.

Traffic is not a constant 10 mph... it changes from 30 to 10 to 15 to 25 to 0 etc etc etc

So you've had lessons, but havn't actually driven hours in traffic in one day... but you feel the need to chastise my comments...

Drop the automatic/manual talk against me now, that's not what this thread is for if anyone got something further to say then PM me or it will be classed as spam.

You're using a laptop? I'm using a micro atx form factor, going to fabricate the housing for the case in the boot (As you yanks say, the trunk), then run the wires through the carpet to the dash, where i'll create a flush thing for the lcd screen, and a USB dvd drive along with some USB ports will be fitted aunderneath it, all completely removable

I was going to build a pc to put in the trunk but then I relised my brother has a broken brand new laptop( screen doesn't work ). So I'll use that, at the moment I can't run it to the trunk because the vga coord to the screen is very short are their exstentions you can buy?

Urban, manual is an easy thing to drive, its like riding a bike, once you learn you mastered it... In traffic its much easier to drive, americans drive autos, hence why any kid can drive, but dont dis manuals.

My cars manual, lol woot.

Anyway, I bought the gps attena which is all you need 75$ usb connector to pc. Then you have to get software.

To hook up the sound without a head unit(deck) they made it seem like you need to buy an amp to hook it up to your sound card. Soooo. Keep that in mind.

i see. I wan't good sound quality so a 4 channel amp together with a creative x-fi would be very good, i'm probably going to invest in newer car speakers too, nothing too special though, something good and affordable
