was on the bus last night to go bowling, and these 2 girls, cldnt have bin anymore than 15-16 started smoking marijuana right next to us! the cheek of it! and the youth of today gets worse, 16 yr olds shldnt b allowed cigs or tatoos, they shld b killed and reborn 2 years later when theyve matured.

yes ther is prai, well where im from all tatoo shops are 18+ and require you to sign a form to say your 18+ and provide a drivers license

There is an age limit of 18+ but most tattoo parlour's dont mind, I went with a m8 to get some or other tattoo he wanted and it was a chinese sybol of his birth year or what ever cant rember well and the bloke worked out that he was under age due to the symbol and just said he dont mind he think the age restrictions stupid.

Now days though most people look well over the age of 18 at about 16
