Putting a 1.9 server online

I know there are pleanty of threads to help with putting a server online, but i've read them all now and it's stressing me out that i'm not getting there lol (Yes, a complete noob). If anyone could help me out over msn i'd be truely greatful.

My IP seems to change quite often. Tried following the guide to doing it with the no-ip thing, but still no luck.

Yep, I know this. But it isn't much use if I want a mate to connect to the game with me lol.

Edit : Never mind, went delete crazy to start from scratch and now I can't find a working exe link.

exe are you not useing ledu ?

if you need a exe doing msg me you ip, il will make you one as i have done a few peeps many times befor

all you had to do was go to www.whatismyip.com or watever it is, go through on the ini files server side and were ever you saw 127.0.0.1 change it to your ip.

May I ask why it HAS to be internet explorer????
you can open it in any browser and it will give the same result

lol im same as him/her im on router but loads ppl try its either my comp or no 1 can foward my ports correctly
