Im quite different to you lol, i personally think it should be x3 or x5 because its sort of gna be hard / medium to level and i been looking around some Mir2 polls and the majority of people say it should be a challenge meaning x2/x3/x4/x5 which means most / more public for the server....

If the exp is only going to be X6 personally I think you should use 1.4 files, alot better for lower rate servers - Just my opinion though.

Need a bit more detail e.g. what NPC's , items, mobs,caves. But if you are doing 1.9 alot more people like high stat servers.
