As you can see in the screenshot this is ware i set up the ports ? dose any one know what i put in the blank fileds?

When you get to the games and applications stage, make a new entry for ports 3000, 7000, 7100, 7200. Note that's FOUR separate entries. Do not enter a range, just enter the same number twice.

As you can see iv allowed them, So i did the IP config in comm prompt & it gave me the ip address was (on the thumnale) added that to my server files & loaded them i did the port check on leo's site & all closed ? i do something wroung?

The trigger port box should be empty.
Also, make sure you follow the server setup guide carefully to ensure your using the correct IP address. Also make sure your local firewall (including the one supplied by windows) is either off, or configured appropriately.
