access violation code

okey ive tryed to connect to just about every 2.3 server and have failed im geting the access violation code with the exe it seems i can connect to euro mir 2.3 so i have no idea what the problem is i have done everything correct fully patched euro 2.3 downloaded exe + ini's deleted normal mirs exe and ini's and nothing i no im not the only one who has had this problem tho everyone else have just give up so if anyone no's how to fix this problem please post for all to see.

reinstall it again and should work...u donnt have to delete euro exe and ini just overwrite the ini and exe of the private server

reinstalled 3 or so times and when the ini's are different names from the ones u download then u cant overwrite have to delete

its an access violation code yet ive unistalled my anti virus and firewall so it cant be that i have no clue what it can be dbl post my bad

your on a router right? try turning that fwall off

ps i had same did that and it worked so i went in and adjusted router settings and now can have fwall n mir working

sorry to say but this didnt work i disconnected router alltogether and nothing still same error this is rly confusing me

I havnt tested this but, I have been told that if you rename you exe so it has no spaces this fixes the access violation code, aslo you dont have to remove euros exe and ini's.

mhh lyncus now that you mention it there was something like that on euromir long time ago where you couldnt have spaces in any of the maps where your exe was located (aka c:\legend of mir\mir2\mir2.exe wouldnt work cause of the legend of mir folder)
no idea if that was this error tho lol

Aye and some people also get errors from Mir3 with having spaces within their folders. Like I said tho I have not tested it as I've never had the problem. But if someone who does get this error whats to test and get back to me.

its to do with firewall or router 210% i had the same so i redirected portron router and on my mates i had to shut down his routers firewall for it to work. try plugging pc directly into line (skipping router)

is there nay way i can take firewall off omn my pc?

can it be a recent windows update that denies acces??

as i see so many ppl having this problem

i myself have it with my 1.9 m2 server that ran for a long time and after i rebooted the files i got acces violation (didnt change a thing just reboot) nevver got it fixed
tho 2.3 runs fine
this is all on a dedicated
at home all works fine (as i dont do updates at home)

dunno if it is the case if so deleting the last update will help??
