doesent need a char wipe at all hp / mp just needs takin down by 2/3and make it so can only have + 9 stats on each item and make orbs more rare i worked hard for my lvl and sabuk armor 
In all due fairness, it SHOULD have been SAID that there was going to be ANOTHER character wipe, insted of it being posted now. The server seems brilliant at the moment, and i reckon ur gonna piss off more than 50% of the members with another wipe as we've all tried hard this time. Just work around it imo.
i fort it was fine part from the + 200 stat items with orbs lol but lvling was pritty hard after 200 i was the highest at lvl 240 and tht tuck some time

like the guy said sabuk armor should not have been dropped yet people shouldnt have rebirthed yet accept this as part of his plan for the server. the rate people were going 50% would have left in the next week or so anyway.

if u can come up with a solution 4 the server not 2 be wiped then doit because i know 4 a fact even more would complain if he sorted the lvlin out n ppl like me bein lvl 225r/b n ppl who r 203 just got abit easy lvlin 4 change n he makes it hard lvlin

Right, people have worked towards, SW, Levels etc. But here's another list of things too.
Orbs :- Rate seems to be stupidly high, im agreeing with that fact.
Level Rates :- They should of been looked into FAR BEFORE beta, in my opinion.
Sabuk Armor etc. :- Over powered, personally this may come across mean but it seems you just put the files in and expected it all to work without a single thought.
I'm not disagreeing with the fact of the wipe, its more the point of it was not said there was going to be one. Understand?

There already been one or two, learn to read.
No need for a wipe tbh there is ways around it.
1) Change rebirth level it's too low at 200 make it like 350/400
2) Wipe all items off database & change drop rates on items your not happy with.
3) Make orbs much more rare or change there success rate...98% too high make it like 66% like Lineage but no breaks just no effect on orbing then you wont get stupid statted items.

if people stayed at their lvls and had to start agen in base dress it would be crap people would still be too high changing rebirth necc lvl is unneccesary all u need is to lower exp.
Can i say, this will be unfair on new commers, if theres no wipe, people who got orbed kits n rebirth WONT be effected. Which means you have Them vs new people.. who will hve to spend ages to get rebirthed etc, unlike the people who got rebirthed in a day. It DOES need a wipe, doesnt matter what you say or do,. it will be unfair on new commers unless theres a whipe, when its all been fixed
I didnt say it was, im just saying that the orbing could be like it, have you ever play lineage? it is a great achievement to get your kit to +18 because success isnt a walk in the park, it would give players something to aim at if it wasnt so easy to orb.
@Smavid yeah your right, maybe a wipe is best...i doubt it would take people that long to get the lvls they are now again anyways...depends how fast they lvl i guess.
The fact is EXP rate needs to be 1/2 or even 1/4 of what it is. Theres 5 Rates of lvlin

This servers in the uberfast bit. Your not able to update fast enough, as many highrates cant, which leads to them failing. Also if you want to stop people lvling so fast, put level restrictions on maps, and REMOVE master npc its bugged, as TD has said many times, and shouldn't be used in Dm2 files. I just think your best of leavinh chars atm, and fix the following
• Exp 1/2 or 1/4 it.*
• Rebirth - make it more of an achievment, not a daily thing*
• Orbing, make them 50-60% Success
• Reduce orb drop rate
• Remove Master Npc*
• Make MORE kits*
• ADD Quests*
(Possibly one for rebirth to make it that bit harder to achieve)
Those are things, that other people have said also. things with * Are must do's. If you do them server will proberly be 100X better. Also possible rethink lists of pets, as it seems tad stupid getting MirKings at lvl 49.
I agree with them points left 2 of them out, i rarely bother getting a master anyways...i lvl myself dont need anyone to do it for me, rebirth shouldnt be a daily thing and should need a quest to gain it as well i like that idea.

Also it is linked in with peoples chars getting stuck ingame, and requiring reboot to kick them off server. As for quests. ALL RPG games i played have quests. They give people time off leveling, and are fun. So i dunno why u crossed it off

That was just a personal preference to my style of play, you probably right about quests, I just dont bother with them if it isnt worth doing, but thats just me ive always been like that even on mir 3, unless the fame u get from it is needed for things like new kit or to exchange for integs for rebirth in that case u would but normally i dont, other people are probably different...so dont take it personally...your points are valid sorry if i implied they werent.
