Complet Server safe, why? need help

i have a 3.55 Server and a Problem, all Players are SAFE he cant attak or kill other Players .
Once, however someone make who Titel (reincarnation) there can PvPen, Pken, is that noob Protection ore what that?


Whe are can i deactivate Noob Protection or can edit the Level for protect?

Can most surely say its not because its a safe server its because theres a level limit on pk and sinc eeach rebirth is +100 levels its probs around 150 or summik, im just looking to find where you change it il get back to you

yeah pure have right its somewhere in the cd.ini but at present i also dont know where and i cant copy that part from where i am
