Are you adding any extra caves to the oldschool files you are making 2.3? because i remember playing the 1.4 and the leveling was the worst i've ever experienced on a server. Basically only 1 cave to level from certain levels, sometimes two. It makes leveling even more tedious, especially when you have to do it in the same place.
you gotta understand 2.3 is totaly different from 1.4 version, because the rates are different, pots are different, spells and class's are different
in all honesty the 1.4 version wasnt that great lol, was hardly any thing added, it was just something 2 mess about, and was quickly done, wasnt much time spent on it. theres a lot more on here
as i said on a pervious post, there are no set level areas, just loads of areas for solo/guild/group, u decide where you wanna level. for example u may wanna go BC with low exp but doesnt hurt+easy kill, or choose to go omaland with high exp, but mobs hurt, high spawns - obviously cost more in pots, hunt wont last as long..etc etc

I didn't put the server down, i merely made a comment that i had about the server - im sorry if it didn't follow 'omg im gonna play this it ownz' trend that was appearing.
I would still probably play the server due to the lack of servers that actually exist these days. The fact that your dedicated is nice, for now. It will soon run out when you have 30+ people constantly messaging you either, suggesting, reporting bugs or just generally moaning, then theres the ones that ask for levels - the ones that ask for items. Then occasionally the ones that abuse you.
Although there looks to be 2 of you to share this load, so hopefully you'll handle it better.
I have some ideas you could probably use, but i'll wait to see what gameplays like before i suggest them or if they'd even be relevant here.
i had 30+ ppl constantly msgin me on oldskool botherin me, didnt bother me.... lol
on euro and zero i get msged by so many random ppl askin so many questions, im used to it.
most likely i will be the only 1 with a GM character, tuma isnt rly 1 to sit ingame answerin questions etc lol, altho hanz may possibly be the other GM as he was on 1.4, to help me out with drops and tweaks.

that full client was mainly for my testers.

plus this is a mir server, and will be run properly. if i didnt allow certain ppl on it would just be corrupt.
