Not to mention we don't know the half of it. The passengers could have been eggin him on or anything. There's loads of possible extenuating circumstances, not that it matters now as they're all dead.

The passengers made a concious decision to get into the car, knowing the driver had been drinking, and knowing that if they are on an air strip then the driver is going to be driving erratically, they all got in the car so that they could have the ride of their lives, shame none of em were aware it would be their last. If you have sympathy for the passengers you should have sympathy for the driver too.

Did they know they were gonna be killed by some twat? I doubt it.

I don't care if they were (as Tai says) "eggin him on", he should've known his limits within the car.
Only a complete prick would risk his and his friend's lives by getting behind the wheel of a car whilst under the influence of alcohol.

They were probably drunk too.

Anyway I doubt it was because he was drunk he probably just turned the wheel too much and spun out and lost control.

Drinking doesn't impair your driving skills as much as you all think. He would of been have to of been completely trashed and hell if he was he wouldn't be able to walk nor would he be able to get his car anywhere in the first place.

I think i read they got to the end of the air strip and the driver didnt relize and couldnt stop fast enough so they flew off the bank and into a tree.
