Was thinking about mir the other day and crnt believe servers are still going. what i wanna know is are they worth downloading and are there still a lot of people playing them atm?

I would say that the servers that are available arent a great range but yeah there are servers available.
I would suggest Mir Revenge, Project 69, Bandet or OldSkool.
Or Meteora which is unique to any of the others.
They have the most user counts I think.

I believe theres still around 3 servers which a user count of around 100+ each.


Server files have advanced a lot and now we have I think 3 different types of the latest files (all different coding languages).

It's worth playing. Probably say Meteora would be your best bet.

Only delphi and vb.net have been used to code our server files as Im aware of.

What i've heard or know about the servers:
MirRevenge = Corrupted, 200+ player count *mostly multi logins by host*
Project69 = I played during 1.9 and loved it, great server
Bandet = Poor quality, unstable *goes offline often as some of its players joined my server because of it*
OldSkool = don't know much about it, but sounds good
Meteora = Unless things have been fixed, d/ling the client would be a waste of time, as its unstable and very buggy.

If player counts don't bother you, you want stability, a great GM service and a low rate server that been online since 2005 join my server.

VB.NET, Delphi, C# and C++ have been used to make mir files =p
I know TD is working on mir still not the delphi files won't say much more as im not sure if he wants users to know atm.
