Windows socket error

When i open DBServer + SelGate i get this error
Windows socket error: The requested address is not valid in its context (10049), on API 'bind'

Ive disabled upnp And i have no clue what im doing wrong.

Help is much appreciated.

I have 2 i.ps (I think) I've got my router I.P + my net I.P i have no idea which i should use (I get the same error with both anyway)

You should use your net and lan ip.

U must setup corectly if u use a router , but I advise u to try first on local network , and after online... But for local work the router setup is not important, only is important to connect server PC to an swich/hub, or router, otherwise u will see popup with sockets error...:P
Are working ur server corectly on local network??? If yes ...and want to connect via intrnet and appear errors ... is other talk...

It works fine on local (For myself to play) without any probs.But asoon as i change the I.Ps so other people can play.I get the windows socket error.

Have you forwarded your ports? If not do so.

And follow a router guide on the forum. Use search button.

And yes i have forwarded my ports.

Make sure you dont have 2 gates running on one port.

And enable UnPnP or watever

no need to worry about unpnp / ssdp anymore ,
this is sorted now i believe he was using all 192.168 ips and his ports were not forwarded.
