i guess when everyone calms down the server will become very steady
its because theres thousands of people trying the game, but alot of them will move on. just got on after getting back from work. and hardly no people on in the tuturial area which is good and the server status is NORMAL! which is good aswell

And dont mess up on your skill tree.

and DO THE TUTORIAL AREA, EXCELLENT REWARDS.
