The same way as you would if upgrading xp from home to pro.

put cd in whilst pc on running, and it'll give you the option to upgrade.

That is helpfull, cause how else you gonna upgrade from one to the other without fully formating you machine and installing a fresh copy............

No but you never said that, all you said was you did it the same way as Windows XP, which for all you know, they may not know how to do Windows XP.
