Get the screen to a specialist, as it will need to be stripped down and cleaned after the bug has been removed. Though how the hell it got in there is a mystery, as the screen is sealed.

I don't think that's the case - I had to think for a second or two and I am not retarded. Screenshot is a pretty specific word. That's like me saying 'Draw a picture of me' instead of 'Get a picture of me on camera'.
